This Monbazillac Sélection de Grains Nobles 2013 shows a brilliant, deep golden-yellow color.
The intense nose is marked by notes of candied white fruit, honey, and vanilla, with a subtle hint of oak.
The palate is characterized by a lovely creaminess, notes of pineapple, citron, and menthol, a vibrant freshness, and a well-integrated bitterness. The finish lingers beautifully with honeyed notes and a lovely persistence.
