Color is bright, pale yellow with yellow-gold highlights.

The nose opens with delicate notes of white flower infusion. When swirled, it presents an intense aromatic bouquet of citrus fruits - grapefruit, lemon - Kumquat, juicy pineapple, supported by hints of juniper berry.

The palate opens up to new sensations: very delicate, fresh and suave, we can again perceive citrus aromas (tangerine) and flowers (clove, nasturtium); the finish is mostly fruity (yellow peach). The bitters are limpid, crystalline and caressing.

This wine is a first entry into the world of contemporary maceration wines.

VINEYARD

Average age of the vines: 5 years
Average density of the vines: 5555 vines per hectare
Nature of the soil: hillside clay-limestone soil (Monbazillac plateau for Muscadelle) and clay with flints (for Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc)

WINEMAKING

Hand-harvested
Average yield of 30 hl/ha
100% destemmed
Alcoholic fermentation on skins for 23 days in a thermo-regulated stainless steel tank (temperature maintained around 18°C)
2 punch-downs per day until half of the fermentation then very light punch-downs (“wetting” of the cap) every day
Aged on fine lees in a stainless steel tank with regular stirring of the lees
Bottling in March 2023
Total Sulfur Dioxide (sulfites) < 10 mg/l (NO ADDED SULFITES)
Cellaring: enjoy now until 2030
