Color is bright, pale yellow with yellow-gold highlights.
The nose opens with delicate notes of white flower infusion. When swirled, it presents an intense aromatic bouquet of citrus fruits - grapefruit, lemon - Kumquat, juicy pineapple, supported by hints of juniper berry.
The palate opens up to new sensations: very delicate, fresh and suave, we can again perceive citrus aromas (tangerine) and flowers (clove, nasturtium); the finish is mostly fruity (yellow peach). The bitters are limpid, crystalline and caressing.
This wine is a first entry into the world of contemporary maceration wines.
